The building is being built by the C-A Tribes to be leased by the Indian Health Service (IHS). The Health Center will include Primary Care, Dental, Pharmacy, Lab, Imaging, Optometry, Physical Therapy and other supporting services. The project is nearing completion of the Schematic Design Phase, to be followed by pricing / lease negotiations +with the IHS. After the completion of the Lease negotiations, the Design Team will execute the Design Development and Construction Documents Phases and support the engagement of a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to accomplish the Construction of the facility.
